Government Nursing Officers Association Demands for Protest campaign
Following demands were submitted on 17th January to Hon. Minister, Secretary of Health and Director General of Health Service.
1. Increase uniform allowance up to Rs. 15 000. 00
2.Update and increase Risk, Theater, Inventory allowances according to current value
3.Continue promotions as early method for II A, Supra numeric Gr. 01 until new service minute functioning.
4. Establish transfer board for 2011.
5. Publish clarified staff grade circular for nursing service like para medical services
6. Backdate Gr. 01 promotion up to 01. 01. 1988 and urge arrears from 1988.
7. Delay aspiration of BSc. Nursing graduates into nursing service and give incentives for nursing graduates.
8. Urge telephone allowance for nursing service like medical services
9. Proceed committee report of 05 day for a week for nursing service
10. Increase overtime rate up to 180/1
11.Include GNOA amendment for nursing service minute
12. Prohibit overtime and other incentive limitations
13. Eradicate barriers to proceed Gen. Cir. No 02 – 19/2009
14. Provide duty free permits for Special Grade Nursing Officers, Principals and, Nursing directors.
15.Launch circulars on policy decisions, which was taken for consider merit when recruiting and promoting.
